AMIRI offers returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain items, including swimwear and intimate apparel, are considered final sale for hygiene reasons.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the AMIRI security tag remains attached to the garment.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
